get the area wet

touch

no make up

steam/saunas


24 hours before & after don't use tanning products (it'll go green)


use a conditioning treatment on lashes


avoid getting a lash lift if you're on your period as the lift might not take


rebook 6-8 weeks

remove properly to avoid damaging the nails

loads of exposure to water might lift them sooner

apply cuticle oil to keep the skin soft

any chips/breaks just return for a nail fix

first 24 hours dont:

touch the waxed area

have super hot showers

use perfumed products

tan (spray, sun or sunbeds)

make up (on waxed areas)


what can I do then?

moisturise (everyday)

use aloe vera if skin is very sensitive

exfoliate after a few days (then 2-3 times a week)


to avoid ingrown hairs i find a grainy salt scrub is the best option


grow hairs to 4mm minimum


rebook 4-6 weeks (aim for 6)

skincare - start with the basics, cleanser (not soap) & moisturiser

vaseline on lashes before bed (keeps them strong & healthy)

if you're wanting to grow them try uklash

try castor oil for eyebrow growth

remove make up before bed

no d.i.y on your eyebrows

wear SPF

get on the pints! (of water)
