How to..
My advice - do one hand at a time!
What you need:
nail file
cotton pads
foil
acetone
scrape tool (chisel-like edge)
buffing block
cuticle oil
1. go to the toilet!
2. file over until the nail isn't shiny
3. soak cotton pad in acetone, place on nail
4. wrap foil round, nice & tight
5. give it 10-15 mins
6. remove one foil at a time
7. remove gel with scrape tool
8. buff nails gently
9. file shape
10. apply cuticle oil
